food svc. mgr - pretty to look at, but that is about all! sealed burners w/ overheat protection cause unit to no reach temps. that will make water boil in a 5 qt. pot in less than an hour! had to purchase all new pots w/ FLAT bottoms, and still have difficulty getting water to boil! Oven consistently runs hot! will not hold calibration. Would not give a plug nickle for this!
