We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders. Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices don't include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted for net invoice amount. Credit card arrangements subject to change.

Return Policy:
All items to be returned must be authorized by Catering Supplies Depot before return. Some items are subject to a 20% to 50% restocking charge and return freight charges. Some custom items may not be returned. Call 1-866-613-2632 for assistance.

Limited Warranty:
Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

Liability:
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE. ENFORCING THE LIMITED REPLACEMENT RIGHTS IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
