Camcrisper System is a self-contained system for storing, washing and transporting bulk produce! Cambro's Camcrisper System prevents cross contamination and minimizes unnecessary handling! First, transfer produce out of cartons into a clean bin, cover and roll into cooler for safe storage. When ready to prep, roll bin out, wash and rinse produce in Camcrisper, never placing produce onto contaminated drain counters next to sink drains. Roll clean produce into kitchen to prep with Camcrisper System by Cambro!

• The bin is made of one piece polyethylene that won't rust, or transfer odors. Clear polycarbonate lid is virtually unbreakable
